Virginia Maroulakos Rucinski, Esq., is an Accredited Professional Mediator, by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. Ms. Rucinski is a court-appointed custody/parenting plan Mediator in the Somerset County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. Ms. Rucinski is also a Child Dependency Mediator in Mercer County Superior Court, where she received special training in complex multiparty Mediation. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, in Newark, New Jersey.
Virginia Maroulakos Rucinski, Esq., received her Mediation training at the Institute for Dispute Resolution of the Seton Hall University School of Law, including the Intensive Training Seminar and Internship Program. Ms. Rucinski received additional Mediation training through the Mercer County Superior Court, in complex multiparty Mediation. Ms. Rucinski also received Mediation training through the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Ms. Rucinski is trained to Mediate both Divorce and Family Law matters, as well as general civil and equity Mediation matters.
Virginia Maroulakos Rucinski, Esq., is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. In her private law practice, Ms. Rucinski represents clients in divorce and family law matters and general civil matters. Ms. Rucinski is a Barrister in the Central New Jersey Inns of Court. Ms. Rucinski has lectured for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
